ABOUT ME
JOHN D. NEMETH
Hey, and welcome to my track and field space!
I’m a 2x national champion in hurdles with over 13 years in the sport. For the past three years, I’ve coached myself and others, learning and experimenting along the way.
The results have been great—my 100m, 110mh, 60m, and 60mh times dropped significantly, and most importantly, I’ve stayed injury-free, something I rarely experienced with my past overtraining.
I know what it takes to push limits, but I also know the struggles—balancing training, work, and the constant need for support.
That’s why I created this blog: to help others get faster, stay motivated, and be part of a real track and field community.
Whether you’re here for training advice, building friendships, or just to feel like you belong, this space is for you.
Keep exploring!

MY CHALLENGE
Beyond competing, I’ve also spent the last six years as a content writer to fund my track career.
Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter—building something of my own. This blog isn’t just about track and field; it’s also my growth challenge, a way to prove my SEO skills while creating something meaningful for the sport I love.
Support in track and field isn’t guaranteed.
Many athletes (myself included) have to juggle training with work just to afford the essentials. It’s tough, but we don’t have to go through it alone. That’s why I created this space—to help you get faster, find real advice, share stories, and be part of a track and field family that truly understands the grind.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re on your own in this sport, you’re not.
Alone, we fall. Together, we get faster!
So, explore the blog, dive deep into the content, and let’s cut those times down!
